Pain

Yesterday when I went shopping the strap of my backpack broke and I made this erally weird shrugging gesture to prevent myself but especially the backpack to crash on the floor. Unfortunately, I somehow sprained my back .. it hurts like hell and inflicts also my hands and arms and all of the lower back. Jeesh I can't even type properly because my hands feel as if I have some sort of inflamation of the sinews :s Need to go to the doctor tomorrow ASAP ... or try to get the nerve/sinew back the way it was tonight with stretching and a dose of thermal rub-in salve.

Hopefully it is over and gone tomorrow .. I really hate to go to the doctors .. I really do.

Sorry to hear of your 'accident' and consequent pain - I hope you feel better soon.
The new forum rocks - it is just a shame, some of the old topics are lost. But if I know the girls right, it will fill up soon enought.

I am not sure when I get round to doing it, as my sister is ill again and we obviously have plenty of work in the shop, but I wanted to ask and make sure it is ok with you.

Urgh. Back pain is the worst; it seems like evey movement, even breathing, touches the nerves in your back. Take it easy, darl. If it's just a strain, serious relaxation should fix it up. If somethin's been yanked ... I hate doctors, too. Best to you; take care.

The doc gave me a couple of shots and the back pain was gone for the whole day but now it is acting up again :-( My arms get all tingly as if they are falling asleep and my back and spine are killing me.
Probably need to go to the doc again tomorrow :s

On a much happier note: I hope you'll have a wonderful time with you hubby in the UK :)

Hexenschuss? Is the most painful thing I have ever experienced. Had to drive myself to the doctor as well. Grrrrrrrr. Poor you.
