I will b emnoving the m.i.t.m. forum to a new provider, I'm going crazy without my daily dose of Joey, Elf, Emer, Thiala, Manda, ceruleanedge, koellegirl and Mel.
I have signed up with invisionfree.com and am already customizing the board to have it look like the old one with some nice features on top. Additionally, I need ppl to see if they have saved some of the stuff on the board. So ladies, pls let me know.

Additionally .... drumroll please ... I finished the project and they had their first customer already :)

I think you'll be happier with Invision. Their bulletin board software is FAR superior to ezboard, and much more customisable. I gave up on ezboard quite a few years back when we were looking for a new place for the WR BBoard.

And BFF is also using invision power board, however I'm hosting it on my own server. :)

Actually that's something I've been meaning to ask... how come you're signed up on BFF but I've never seen you post? Not that there's anything wrong with it... I'm just curious.

Invision is really great :) We won't be moving anytime soon I think :)

As for BFF - you told me once in the beginning to sign up as published author of BFF. And yeah i don't post much in any board (apart from m.i.tm. but even there the members have more post counts than me *lol*)

o_O I did? My God, I honestly have no recollection of that. I'm not saying you're lying, I just... wow. I honest to God can't believe I would have said something like that.

I mean, being an author of Beyond Imagination (the archive site) doesn't mean you HAVE to be a member/author on Beyond Fanfiction Forum (the board) as well... the two sites are exclusive from one another. The only thing they have in common is that I happen to run both of them. LOL! Many of the authors on BFF aren't archived on Beyond Imagination... and vice versa.

Thanks for letting me know, though. :) If you ever do want to drop in and post, feel free.

it wasn't as if I have to be a member of BFF .. you just emntioned that now with my stuff on BI I shoudl drop by BFF ... and I did and registered.
Sorry, my brain resembles scrambled eggs (Invision was a bitch till I figured out the levels).

*snort* Yes, trying to work ANYTHING out on Invision will do that to you.

The levels I found okay... I had an absolute SHIT of a time with the skins. Oh. My. Godfather.

The current one on BFF took me for-freakin'-ever, which is why I'm so reluctant to change it! I think the worst part was that I wanted to mess around with the colours (without actually changing BFF yet) so I used a test board which was offered with my space.

What I didn't realise until LATER was that the test board was version 1.3. And I'm pretty sure BFF is running on 1.1.2 or 1.2 or something. So all the codes and areas to customise the colours - the name fields and such - were ALL DIFFERENT.

I almost cried. I came out of that scarred for life, I'm pretty sure. LOL

Never. Again. I'll upload OTHER peoples' skins, but I'm never making one ever again. I learnt my lesson. *rolls eyes*

Only migrating the board which is now all set up even though I have to work out some snags as we go along.
