GROW UP ALREADY!!! What kind of fans are you? If you were fans of me I'd be shit scared and getting a restraining order for you or better yet, an immediate transfer to a psych ward in the farthest bedlam away from me. How do you think Orlando or Billy or SRK or any other celeb feels if s/he has to read stuff like that? He must think, OMG these are the fans I attract, what have I done to deserve this?
You are giving fangirls all over the world a bad rep and being jealous of the female lead or significant other in a celeb's life just makes you look pathetic and juvenile.
Let's face it, in real life you would be passed up by any of these celebs, not because you are plain Jane or because you are one of many. No, because jealousy and a lousy character cannot be hidden for long.

And now for something completely different:
Got a phone call from my dentist today, apparently there is a politcal party meeting where he is and some politician needed emergency examination and I got booted. Oh well, now I can arrange for watching KoH tonight.

Every time I read a bad comment about one of OB's girlfriends or co-stars I think "How can anybody be so stupid"
I really like that guy and like watching him or even daydreaming about him. He seem to be a genuinely nice man - so I honestly wish for him to find a nice woman that loves him and be happy.
I am sorry, that I am not available tonight for KOH (have you read my comment about that???) If you can wait until next week - I would really like to go then. They show KOH OV every night 16.oo or 21.oo Uhr.

I admit, I used to bash on Kate. Actually, I still do. And that's POST break-up, ie Orlando is no longer a factor.

I have my reasons for disliking her but the two biggies: I think she's far too skinny (even if she proclaims she's "healthy") and a no-talent hack (Mary Sue movie, anyone?) but that's just my opinion. *shrug*

I thought Eva has looked quite good in some photos, but... yeah, the NY premiere pics were just a tad scary. She looks far better in Crusades-era dress, IMO. ;)

Other than that, I keep my "bashing" (so to speak) purely personal and private... either in an IM chat with another like-minded person, or I lock it as a journal post. I don't feel the need to spew venom to ALL of the unsuspecting public. LOL

I agree with you, though - the 'fans' who bash on any female that has a link to Orlando/other male actor for bashing sake because they're jealous... yeah, they need to grow up.

There was only one spouse I bashed in private as well but I felt somehow right about it as she was an arrogant bitch (literally).
But normally I'm really cool with stars and their SOs. I'm just always glad they have found the one person (and we all know how difficult that is) to share their lives with (be it long or short term).

Yup - the most attractive thing about fangirldom is that you will never ever get to know the person with whom you are obsessed. That way, they become the perfect person in your mind.

How unsettling to meet them and find out that they're not really the person you idolise at all...that they are human and imperfect like the rest of us.

I too find the girl bashing very sad. It's like saying... you're perfect but your taste in girls is terrible. It is an indirect criticism. These guys know why they're dating / marrying these girls. And hey... they don't have to tell us why.

haha.. this was so amusing and true that i had to comment. i admit.. like someone else has, that i don't like kate bosworth, but that is more to do with her than orlando. i even feel a little sympathy for her, that perhaps she just doesn't get portrayed the right way.. after all if anyone read the gq article on her, the author seemed to make it a point to make her sound dumb. eva green is HOT. saw the dreamers and i was intrigued. met her at the premiere and actually had the guts to talk to her [which i didn't have the guts to talk to orlando] and she was so cute and gracious. but yes, completely agreed about fangirls and their girl bashing. haha.. i'm not going to try and rationalize my hypocrisy of not liking kate.. because that would take too long. well said una!

Dreamers was fantastic and EG was also wonderful in it. I expect great things of her in the future :)

haha... in my defense, i never bashed gauri khan, or hrithik's wife, suzanne khan. they seem to be cool ladies, and their husbands are really protective of them. with kate there are just so many unfavorable factors in general. i'd even go so far as to say the way orlando behaved around her made the whole thing look odd. but yes, my dislike for her is mostly not connected to him. but yes, eva seems so refreshing.. and so european. haha. i think american press didn't quite know what to make of her playfulness at the ny premiere.

You are right, they didn't behave like a normal young couple ... more like an old married couple :-)
But then again the young generation is different and perhaps we have been too influenced by Masala where the loving couple is always holding hands, cuddling or neck kissing (SRK) ;-)

It could be ... she is not sooooo totally crazy as she is .. well to Euro standards pretty normal :) Hehehe wonder what the press will tell about her :)
