1. Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me!"
2. I will respond by asking you five questions. I get to pick the questions.
3. You will post the answers to the questions (and the questions themselves) on your blog or journal.
4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the same post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions. And thus the endless cycle of the meme goes on and on and on and on ... .
vierran45 questions:
1. When and why did you get addicted to SMAP?
That was back in 2006 after I had seen Pride. I wanted to see more of Kimura Takuya and when I looked him up at dramawiki there was a mention of SMAP. I wanted to hear how he sings and what SMAP is. So my first ever song/vid of SMAP was the intro of their SAMPLE Bang concert and I was like WTF? They are cool dudes. I liked most of their music, even though I have never been into pop before. I have not looked back since.
2. What was your first Bollywood film (if you still remember) and why did it get you interested in the genre?
The dancing got me into Bollywood. 20 years ago I attended a work shop for Odissi Dancing and we trained to various 70s Bollywood tunes. My first movies I ever saw were Zanjeer and Mili. Big B as angry young man :)
3. What jobs have you had :D?
Oh gosh ... I was a babysitter, a tutor, a product manager, an archivist, a secretary, a carpenter, a web designer, and now am an editor. Though all jobs before me becoming an editor were done when I was at school and university.
4. And repeating from the Finnish entries, if you won the main prize in a lottery, what would you do?
Buy myself a house or farm with a huge garden, create my dream garden and put the rest of the money into saving animals.
5. You meet your favourite artist in real life and can ask just one question. What is that and who do you ask it from?
I already did. I met James Morrison (Bill Buchanan in 24, Lt. Col. McQueen in Space: Above And Beyond) in 2000 for an interview. I asked him a lot of questions, some even personal like what does he think of all the adoration he gets from female S:AAB fans to which he laughed and said he has read some of the fanfiction that is being written and it is scary sometimes. He has not THAT much prowess. Me being a fanfic writer myself was deep crimson by that time and then he leaned forward with that twinkle in his blue eyes and said: "I liked how you write about T.C. (McQueen). But I think I will send Rod a few stories of how YOU see his character of Cooper." I almost died. I had a mile wide crush on Rodney Rowland at that time and was writing an epic (NC17 rated) series about his character in the series.
We still exchange emails from time to time and through him Rodney Rowland indeed contacted me, sending me a signed photo.
