Farscape is amazing. I am not much of a TV watcher, but that show I watched religiously. Am glad to hear there will be more, as much as I enjoy something like BSG, it just isn't the same.

My fandoms are many and varied, but they all have one thing in common: angst. And that is something both BW and Farscape have in common :)

Oh yes, Farscape was what got me back into a) a fandom and b) into writing fanfiction again. Although I have a varied taste in entertainment, I only follwo a hadful of series or movies. I'm more of a character/ensemble/shipper kind of watcher. If the story arc/characters/love story grabs me I'm in for good. Farscape was such an instant. I saw John Crichton getting his ass whipped by Aeryn Sun and I was hooked :)

I love Angst though I have to admit IMHO I suck at writing it - the only good Angst fic I wrote was one in the Farscape fandom and a couple in the Star Wars Expanded Universe fandom. Other than that I'm really bad at writing good Angst.

I love Star Wars, but I know very little about EU (have no idea where to start, for one). An Anakin girl myself.

I'm a Luke Skywalker gurl myself ... showing my age *lol*
I just love the expanded universe with Luke meeting Mara Jade finally. She is just such a wonderful character and when she was first introduced by Timothy Zahn she got a huge fanbase. Since then fanfic has preceded pro-fic. It took pro-fic ten years to get those two together while in fanfic Mara Jade and Luke Skywalker have been together ever since she turned up the first time as the Ex-Emperor's Hand and trying to kill off Luke :)
