So much to do

scottishlassEven though it is a wee bit early for spring cleaning, tonight I started to get rid of some of the things that have cluttered the apartment in those winter months, esp. in the kitchen. I'm determined to at least clean out and tidy (prettify) my kitchen as well as give the whole apartment a good shine.
The kitchen seems to have morphed into some sort of pantry/store room of all sorts. From dog kibble to second-hand dishes yet to be put away or thrown away, as well as cartonage of various Amazon parcels all neatly stacked, it needs a good tidying up.
And the bathroom ... we had a water damage recently and the ceiling looks hideous now that every thing is dry again. Nasty yellowish blotches are covering the whole ceiling and I think only a good amount of white paint (or light blue perhaps) will give it any semblance of a clean bath.
Additionally, I want to start on my spencer as well as my black mourning dress. At least I want to have the spencer ready for the 3rd next month. We will see. Though I'm quite determined as I have now a real dress doll. There was one on sale for decoration purposes and I bought it for little money, then put my dress form (the one from duct tape) over it and stuffed it up. It now is slightly bigger than my actual size but that shouldn't be the problem :) And now I can take good pictures of all my clothes on this dress form. YAY!!
