Since Friday night I have been under the weather only to wake up on Saturday morning with a hell of a flu :s
I feel like shit but at least my sinuses are getting a flush out - Lookee here mom, I can breathe through my nose! *apart from the snot*

All my projects concerning sewing have been on hold till I get the sewing machine from my mom's. I had so much time this weekend ... and for what??? I mean I was sitting or sleeping and no mails coming my way thanks to a DOS (denial of service) attack from that idiot from Denmark again. Why do I know it is the idiot from Denmark? Because this week it happened that her mods finally saw the light and realized she was cheating, lying and thieving money out of their pockets for her own gain. What comes around, goes around.

But it is unnerving, no mail, no AIM just because of that shitty denial of service attack on my mailboxes and my computer :s

They are raning here too .. though due to my own stupidity I have had for the first day a wrong email addy for me in the script :s So I didn't get the first twelve hours worth of mails I think.
Otheriwse as always, everything coming from the m.i.tm. webmaster are blanks or anonymous votes which don't count and get deleted :)

Is she still hasseling you. I can't believe it, hasn't it been two years? I happened to be bored and looked at the forums I had saved and reread some of the roundtable. it looks like she has done exactly the same thing again. I couldn't believe it when I read the post from her mods. By re-reading I figured out the objects I like best anyway were from Heidi. I had almost signed up for one month in Nov but decided she was too expensive. Thank goodness i didn't sign up.Who is she accusing of the hack this time? Well she doesn't accuse anyone ... well she accuses her former buddy Shadowmistress of taking over and stealing her Nana. I guess some ppl didn't fall for her Una is the evil overlady of the universe crap anymore (though I have to admit I rather like the title *bg*).
Anyway, it exploded big time in her face, but apparently Michelle (Mashull), Heidi, me, Miff and some others of her enemies got DOS attacks on their servers and mailboxes all during the weekend. In Michelle's and Heidi's case *someone* even tried to get into their computers but they had their firewalls on.

There are two threads at Seabree's in the Blah Blah Blah section and also one on Simbella's in the Sims1 section. Only so far PeaceFrogV (which took guts as she did it at Seabree's) has publicly apologized for the witch hunt they started when we opened the RT.

You might know that I create skins and objects for the Maxis game The Sims. It's recreational and I love my little Simmies to run around in LOTR clothes and looking like OB and the other Fellowship actors.
Anyway it all started in September 2002 when I posted a thread on Sims board to offer my skins to any website for hosting.

The Danish harridan, Cole aka NiCole, offered me surpeme hosting on her simvibes project for my skins if I did the webdesign/mastering as well. As I hadn't heard anything bad about Cole at that time I was interested even though I didn't want to be involved in webmastering anymore. I just wanted to create.
She sent me a copy of her newly set up TOU (Terms of Use) which I found okay, even though it was full of legal mumbojumbo that was hard to make hand and foot of. She told me that it was like the ones at The Sims Resource and Simshost (THE biggest Sims sites for downloads), and I took her word for granted.
I browsed the sites of Simvibes and came across VMSimsUnique. Vicky, the owner, was looking for skinners and creators and she offered me a place as staff member; so instead of moving my site over to simvibes I joined the staff of VMSimsUnique, where I could create when and where it took my fancy.
Vicky said she would let Cole know (in the meanwhile Cole had changed the TOS/TOU so that you had to let know Cole if you got a new staffmember).

October 2002
I moved my skins over to VMSimsUnique, while Vicky managed the site and the new design Cole had graciously made for her. Visually the site looked nice, it was red and with some fancy Java Script navigation. Unfortunately, too over the top for our webmistress' skills. I tried to make it easier for her and changed the script but every time Vicky had uploaded the modified script hours later the old HTML script was uploaded again by Cole.
Vicky kept it from us for the time being but we noticed that she got frustrated and more irritated. When I say we, I mean the staffmembers that were the most involved, namely TK, Manna and me as we were the ones who created skins and objects for the site on a regular basis.

October/November 2002
Cole's mails to Vicky get more irratic and Vicky spills the beans to her staff on our yahoogroup (now disabled).
Vicky also tells me that Cole is angry that I didn't let her know I was not moving my skins on simvibes but joined VMSimsUnique instead (even though I had made it perfectly clear that I wanted someone else to host/webmaster my stuff - I didn't want to webdesign/update my own site).
Meanwhile, ppl take exception to the new Simvibes TOU, first postings on TSR concerning the creator's rights. Vicky is so stressed, she moves VMSImsUnique to her own webaccount. She tries to reason with Cole but instead of an agreement, our site is being deleted (before Vicky can move the files to the new account) and a nasty message appears on the front page of our old URL, something along the lines that we were not spreading good vibes and/or good quality in objects and skins. The meaning was clear though, we were dismissed. Not only because Vicky butted heads with Cole over the webdesign but also we were dismissed by Cole because we couldn't meet her standards. Yeah right!

late Oct/early November 2002
Vicky asks me to go over to TSR and to support her posting on how Cole treated us. I check the TOU that ppl find so disgusting and what do I see? It is in whole parts different to what I read and *approved* on two months earlier. I say so on TSR (one or two posts) but Cole sends me an email telling me I approved the TOU. I tell her that this one is totally different, but I can't prove it as I trashed the first copy of it at that time.
This is the time where Bunny (formerly known as Miffy, a co-creator of Sims stuff), Zoltan and I are being accused of saying the N word to Cole, which is not true. Almost all Mgon-board and early TSR threads are saved and no one uses a derogatory name for Cole. What we did DO was to refer to her as HE as she signed her posts as Cole. Additionally, she used a fake Jamaican accent when posting and her Rastafarian avator let us assume she was a black, Jamaican male.
Apart from closing VMsimsUnique, she also shuts down Krioni Sims, Sultry Earth and a couple of other sites without further notice, after they also fought against the TOU (in which Cole states all creator's items are her property to use after the sites are gone).

May 2003 ? (not earlier as I was offline due to a broken arm that wouldn't heal)
Somewhere around this time, Miff (Bunny) and I butt heads with Cole on N99 board ... about a house where it *seems* other creator's files are included in the download. We want clarification and get attacked and getting called names by Cole. I make the mistake to call Cole's supporters *her minions* as they seem to attack us even more viciously while Cole sits back and goes into silent mode all of a sudden (as her posts get increasingly incoherent I might add).

Soon after M*ff/Bunny gets problems with that M*ffy company. So she has to change her name from Miffy to Bunny Wuffles and change the logo on her site. Someone must have ratted her out to the company repeatedly even though she had an agreement with the company she could use the little kitten.
Unfortunately Miffy/Bunny and I get nasty mails in our inboxes with lots of porn, all IP addies point in the direction of being sent from a mailserver in Denmark. A coincidence? We think not.

June/July 2003
TK, Manna and I leave VMSimsUnique after several months and Cómhair was born .. a FREE website of three very talented (if I may say so) ladies. In the meantime Cole was all but forgotten ... we'd rather hang dead over a fence than signing up with simvibes... but did we say that publicly? nope.

From what we know now, Cole idolized Bunny and me as her arch enemies, our sole purpose being out on the net to get her. She lies, she cheats and she spreads rumours about us and others.

end of August 2003
Due to our success of TK's Hacienda theme, we get recognized more and more on various Finds sites as well as on N99 and Juniper Sun. Especially on Juniper Sun ppl spontanously congratulate us on our success and our objects almost everytime a new weekly update is released. Cole then makes such a spontaneous posting as well which surprises me as I have been ignoring her all along since May pub137.ezboard.com/fjunip...=887.topic .
But behind her closed forum doors she is back mouthing me and the rest of cómhair, calling our fans ass lickers.

Heidi (co-creator of Soul Bazaar, Cole's newest money making project) contacts me out of the blue, and wants to make amends between Cole and me ... Cole accuses me of being an Attic board member and out to get her. Cole mails me, I mail her back, I say sorry, let bygones be bygones bla bla bla. Never hear from Cole again.
Cole as CC posts in my journal and calls me a fascist ("I see there are still fascists left in Germany") At that time I don't even connect CC to Cole (go figure). She tells her friends over at the BRR I'm against Arabs and am a fascist and that she has proof (she conveniently copies and pastes part of my journal, deliberately leaving out parts). What she ceases to tell ppl is that I do indeed rant against Arab and other nation's TERRORISTS as I still have a hard time coming to terms with the death of a friend of 20 years who was killed in the North Tower of the WTC on 9/11.

I show a house on Juniper Sun with a blue tiled floor that I had made for the Mexican update on cómhair a week earlier .. blue tiles in three different shades for the Mexican Majolica tiled walls. Cole openly asked me at the forum if I *acquired* the tiles from her.
Nope, I'm not a paying member of Soul Bazaar. And even though TK is, we don't share files and I made these files myself from a default base found in Homecrafter. I even show her a pic of the original picture of a kitchen, and my three bmps I made. I was quite civil to her and even though ppl asked me what the deal is between Cole and me, I refer them to ask Cole as I have no clue. Cole never replies to my posting on JS.

Soul Bazaar gets *hacked*. I post in simvibes forum, offer my condolences and ask some - in Cole's point of view - uncomfortable questions as I can't understand that her server provider would want 2000 USD first before investigating the hacking. I get banned/blocked from simvibes board

First rumours of me having hacked into the site pop up. I shrug it off, as I know I haven't done anything. And why would I hack into a site that is already closed IF I had the skills to hack in the first place? I'm a professional webdesigner, if word gets out I am accused of hacking I'm out of business, for good.

Heidi opens her own yahoogroup, while Cole opens the Banana Republic Revolution, a new site/forum to make money.

December 2003
Heidi contacts me and confirms that Cole is accusing me of having hacked into her site and deleted Soul Bazaar.
It is not a laughing matter anymore.

Round Table (http://p209.ezboard.com/btheroundtable91303) is opened as more and more folks come together and share their personal dealings on Cole with each other. Every person, Cole has personal relations with, is fed a different story and as we pool we can certainly see a pattern. Heidi gets accused of stealing from BRR and Cole, because she uses her OWN bases from former Soul Bazaar objects she had made.

Cole new bosom friends come to the RT and create all kind of shit, including calling us names and being nasty all around.
Some revs from BRR are very outspoken in their defence of Cole. Michelle, Bunny, Me and some others receive *love letters* ranging from hardcore porn spam, to spoofed messages to anonymous hotmail accounts some idiots telling us to get lost, or in my case, drop dead or die already from cancer (at that time I went through chemotherapy due to breast cancer).

Michelle and I are getting all mails together that harrass, threaten and belittle us, we both file a complaint in our respective countries against Cole for harrassment.

In Summer 2004, we feel that the RT is not serving its original purpose anymore and we close the forum and put it onto read only, so that the info is still out there, but that neither BRR nor RT folks can cause more drama.
Cole is suspiciously silent through it all.

Well the moderators and bosom friends of Cole have found out she has been doing the same stuff to them that we have accused her of doing to us. SURPRISE... not! They post this announcement (http://www.bananarepublic.cc) on one of her domains (she is off-line as she moves, probably with money from the BRR forum)

It all sounds so petty but this woman is a psychopath. And I'm glad she got what is her due.
She always let's other do her dirty work, and that passive-aggressive behaviour has become more pronounced over the years. If she hadn't hurt me so badly (deleting my mails/mailboxes and other stuff), I would have pity for her. But she is crazy, she needs to be detained.
