Addtionally, I have to get a move on as I want to get some chores out of the way today, like washing, dishes, trash and going shopping for candle sticks (classic silver pewter) Also I need to get some ideas for changing our bed room which resembles a cluttered garage rather than an actual room for resting.

Uhh - no.

When I grew up there was no D&D or other RPGs.

Yes, since I was 6 years old, when I got Moshe, a small brownish bear with black paws and ears, from my great-grandmother. He has since rubbed off his little nose and wears a little diamond earring (because I lost the other one). He turns 32 in a few weeks :D

Not when I had to go out onto the race track or do gymnastics. I was a terror in Volleyball and swimming though :)

God, yes! ... I had this strange affliction of falling (literary). I would take a few steps and bam, would find myself on the floor because I stumbled over my feet.
22. Who was your favorite band as a kid?
I was raised on classic music, opera and Classic traditional Scottish music.

Star Wars

No, my mother thought I was a pest. My great-grandmother did though and taught me to read when I was about 4.

Winnie Pooh and Wind In The Willows

A little Fish and Chips shop in Oban, alas it is no more.

Uh... I think it was Kabir Bedi who starred in Sandokan (hmmm... my first Indian crush)

Well he looks still nice, in a grandfatherly sort of way :)

My best buddy Christian in 2nd grade. He was cool (as he had all the hard to get Star Wars action figures)

My mother tried to but didn't got the hang of it as she hurt herself more than me.

My parents divorced when I was about 4 so I don't know. But my mother and my first step-father fought a lot and I got caught in the middle.

My mother divorced my biological father when I was about 4 in 1971, then married twice since.

YES! When I was about 6. My first step-father was a hellish brute and I developped somnambulance. I climbed out a window and walked 3 kilometers only to wake up in front of my great-grandparents' door. When my step-father turned his fists to me and my mother again, I packed my little school bag with Moshe and some clothes on Friday morning, went to school and from there to my great-grandparents. It was the last time I spent in that apartment with my step-father, as my granny told my mother either mom divorces the bastard or Granny will go to the authorities and demand custody of me :) Go, Granny!!

I was six ... and it was a revelation - the world as it was turned into focus :)

Ever since I can remember we children had watered-wine and cider while the grown-ups had wine or whiskey or beer. Strangely enough not one from our families (German or Scottish) developped into heavy drinkers.
