It's cherry time ...

I think I'll give those cherries another day or two of summer sunshine and then they will turn into delicious tarts and cakes. They are absolutely sweet and delicious and nothing beats the taste of a still warm from sunshine cherry.
Still considering buying one of those juicers but then again that juice won't last the winter ... is there a thing like cherry syrup? Have to hunt down the internets for something like it.

I adore cherries. I've still got a few of the Washington State cherries left. (The yellow ones with a bit of red. I think they're also called Queen Anne cherries.) I've been generously sharing them with the sugar gliders. I hope they appreciate how much I love them.

wow, those are STUNNING and the look DELISH! ooh, cherry syrup? sounds nice, what would you use it for? canned cherries? hmm... I love them fresh best of all, but right, they won't last forever that way!
