oh hell ...

It seems as if life is getting away from me .. on-line life that is. I have been so busy in house and garden that I have a hard time catching up on my friends' list as well as on watching any Asian dramas.
Fear not, I'm here but quieter than usual. I have been so exhausted lately after working in the garden (you should see my potato plants - real beauties, I tell you LOL) that at the end of the day all I do is falling face down on bed. There are even days where my computer is switched off the ENTIRE TIME *gasp the horror*
Hopefully now with Poppy gone now, our life is getting a bit less hectic and my dogs will give me a little more time during the day to myself ... like right now where they are all lying around, dozing off while having chased around like mad men in the garden the entire time while I have been weeding and stuff. With Poppy is was all play and no quiet time over here. My sewing/guest room is coming together nicely .. the walls are now painted white and the built-in closet is awaiting the wallpapering I want to give him ... it all looks much nicer and clear now ... a bit Nordic but then again I like the Scandinavian style so that is okay :)

So have to wrap it up as I still need to do a few things around here ... I'm alive just busy :}

sounds like you have good reasons for not being around, and outside in the garden or working on the house are GREAT reasons to be away from the comp! *hugs*

It is fun to work in the garden though my skin tones has darkened considerably several shades LOL My arms and legs that are not exposed are deep gold-brown while the rest of the body is still white. And my hair has turned real red again due to the sun and my poor hands ... I have the hands of a farmer nowadays.
But it is fun ... especially to see things grow from seed to plant and then harvesting what I planted ... it is amazing.

Good to hear from you Una. I know exactly how you feel - same goes here. My business takes a lot of my time - as it should - and I am on the computer businesswise a lot of the time. So in the evenings I am quite happy not to switch it on again.
But you seem to be very happy with your garden - so that is actually the important think.

I am happy, as it gives me great joy to see plants from seed to plant growing. Especially now with the EHEC Virus spreading. You really have to come one day. Ppl say that staying here for a day is like a mini-holiday.
