It looks really nice and warm but that is not true. It is 8°C, however, the wind is so cold it feels like minus grades :s

Luckily enough, this is not so much pollution but water steam. That power plant has to abide to strict ecological laws as it is so near of agricultural venues. And ppl living near it, if they see anything but the white steam out of the filtered chimneys they call the police. Since the late 1980's any factory/power plant releasing waste into the air have to use special filtering devices to clean the steam/air before releasing them into the environment again. Since then air pollution here in Germany has been cut by 3/4 and we have really nice clean air and smog is a tale of the yesteryears.
