a first glimpse of spring

Since yesterday the sun is coming out and smiles down from a blue-blue sky. After house chores which turned into a bit of spring cleaning, I took the pups outside, sitting in the COLD but enjoying the sunshine.

A good coffee, elevenses and a good book, what more can one need?!

Omg is that Welcome to Temptation by Jennifer Crusie? I loved that book! Crusie is one of my favourite chicklit authors, her books are so fluffy but full of great dialogue and fun characters.

I think I loved the "sequel" (same universe, different characters) even more, I think it's called Faking It.

Yep that is Welcome to Temptation :) I LOVE Jennifer Crusie, I have all books of her and yes, Faking It is even better than WtT. Though my all time favourite book of her is Bet Me! I love that book to death :)

True LOL ... and IMHO BM is still the best book of Jennifer Crusie ... her recent ones don't have the same feel than her older ones. I don't know :s

Sunny on and off here today, too, but our high (of more or less freezing) came first thing this morning. Temps are set to drop all day and maybe even hit the single digits overnight, plus it's getting quite windy. And then next week it will be in the 50's. (All F, not C, of course.) I'm so tired of winter and soggy, icy snow I could scream. I'm envious that you have actual greenness to look at.
