Oh well, caught the last five minutes of Talking Movies and I have to watch it next week as they are showing reports from the Toronto Film Festival :)

The idiots at the Studienkreis cut my classes in favour of another teacher who is arrogance personified and has a Napoleon complex. He treats his students and fellow colleagues like shit but he is GOD with the second secretary and she gives him anything he wants. He wants more students, classes get cut with the colleagues.
Thanks so much. But at least my last quality control sheet was A+; all students and their parents love it that I can get the kids one grade better within a school year and that I stand up for my students.
Oh well let's see how it pans out - the new management is requesting a new quality control sheet which goes to the parents directly, so I'm not really worried but less classes means less money.

Date: 2004-09-16 08:28 am (UTC)The kids were fine but the parents expected alot because they were spending serious money ( I was receiving about 30 % of what was being charged. But we had real fun when Studienkreis forgot to tell the parents that I wouldn't be there on one particular day. So after that, I not only had to design and create my own material ( nothing was provided) I also had to take over the organisation side.
Ever thought about opening up you own school?
