The one moment when joy and pride is filling me because my uber-silly dog didn't turn into a werewolf on the leash while meeting new dogs and that the leash training is working.



Cenour-Kimura, my little Baka. A beautiful day, a wonderful azure sky and dogs that met other dogs and had fun.

Could he come over and give Yoda a talking to? For the past year, every time he sees another male dog the little bugger thinks he's a Doberman. It's more than likely the fact he's never been fixed and I'm reluctant to have that done since I'd still like to breed him. So lessons would be appreciated. ;)

I don't think it is because of the fixing. Cenour-Kimura is fixed and yet he turns bulldog every time he sees a dog he doesn't know. But only when he is on the leash, be it a short walking one or one of the search & trailing leashes.
The reason is probably that the dos thinks he has to be aggressive in order to protect himself as he is fixed on the leash and cannot run away in case the other dog is aggressive.

That is such a beautiful pic :) And so very clear. Sometimes I find it hard to take pics of dogs/animals coz they move around so much :D

I have a lot of hits and misses when photographing my dogs. I only have a small camera but I make so many that there is sometimes a good shot or two :)

Awwww! What a gorgeous picture! I love Cenour-KIMUUUUUUUUUURA! ;) I still can see him lying in his bed when I came back from the bathroom and how I had to wake him up, bless him.

It is strange, ne? He definitely prefers the bigger sofa as bed even though he has a complete sofa for himself :) Typically man :D

When I saw him lying there, I really thought for a moment, 'Oh God, I don't have the heart to wake him up.' But I was so tired... And when I'd moved him back to his sofa and lay down, I thought I'd stay awake until he's asleep before I switch off the light. But every time I lifted my head, he was looking back at me. The gorgeous one!

But our little baby-boy is used to getting picked up and schlepped around. Last night I had to do it too, he went to bed with Olly and C-K slept on my side of the bed. Had to pick him up and carry him to his own sofa. Chica doesn't like him sleeping with us (and her) in the bedroom. Little jealous bitch that she is.

A very proud and very big Malamut/Alaskian Husky mix. As you can see it is HUGE. Unfortunately I don't know his name, he just ran around there with someone we didn't know.
