It is now shortly past 7 AM and I'm still awake and debating wether or not to watch ep6 of Coffee Prince. And before anyone gets their hopes up - it is RAW of course. *sigh*

I guess as I have to get up officially at 9 AM I can put in another hour for watching ep6, then sit at my new sewing machine (my parents made good on that promise). I'm now the proud owner of a Husqvarna Viking ... it is all shiny and new and beautiful ... I'm almost afraid to touch it ... ALMOST! *squee*

My Korean is also almost non-existent but I get a lot of what is said due to the situation.

I am still wide awake - I guess I'll be hitting my low around 2 o'clock or later :)

oh... actually i kinda peeked at ep 3. it's the first time i tried watching a korean drama without subs. i couldn't understand most parts, just those lines pertaining to rain and friend's house but the rest was lost on me. i stopped after a few minutes, just the thought of missing something important that they're saying made me stop. arrrrggghh!!! i can't wait for the subs! i heard ep 6 is great.

Ep6 is good, at least it is starting to get interesting :)

I think I caught a lot what was going on, though I have to admit if there are longer conversations between two characters I get lost as well.

wow, you're really into Coffee Prince, eh? I guess it's pretty popular, though the plot just didn't sound all that interesting to me. Can't believe there's no torrent up for the first episode of "Time of Dog and Wolf", though, that's the one K-drama this season I'm interested in seeing, hope it's good!

Have fun with your new acquisition!

I will be downloading all eps of Time of Dog and Wolf first before starting it. I will need my Lee Jun-ki fix in a 16 ep binge :)

oooh, wow, you're patient! I can't wait that long! I have a low-quality raw of the first episode, but I don't think I'll have time to watch it any time soon b/c of the new Harry Potter book!

Oh well, no HP for me ... I have to confess I started to read book 1, didn't like it, and never picked up a HP book ever again :)

hmmm, understandable ... book one is a bit simplistic for adults, I think she really hit her stride at book three. what can you do, different strokes ...

Yeah I guess so. I didn't like her style of writing so I never picked it up. As I have a lot of books still in my yet to read heap, I won't be starting anything new.

That was my ever first Korean movie. My husband came up with it after reading a review of *hidden treasure* DVDs. We needed almost three years to hunt down a DVD with English subs after that. The movie was never released here in Germany or Europe :(

wow, that's dedication! can you shop through YesAsia in Germany? I assume you're not still having problems getting your hands on DVDs with English subs these days!

My first copy of Il Mare was the Hong Kong VCD b/c I didn't want to have to buy an all-region player. Finally caved and got one, then purchased the Korean DVD which has AWFUL subs ... sigh, I think there's still no good version with subs, so I kept the HK VCD just b/c at least it makes sense!

Yes we can shop through YesAsia, but at that time they only had the Korean normal edition without subs :( Then there was a special edition released with subs (very strange subs but at least they make sense) and we pounced on the special edition :)

I can be patient if that means 16 hours of Lee Jun-ki in one go :D~~~

hahah! the subs are always released too slow for me! I gather you liked King and the Clown, and My Girl?

I watched My Girl only for Lee Jun-ki! :) I think I have seen now almost everything with him in it :) Almost as excessive as I am with Kimura Takuya and Kang Dong-won :)

ACK! I've been commenting without being logged in again! I can't believe I keep doing that (my browser crashed earlier, I think that's why!) NEway, you've probably seen Flying Boys then, right? OMG, that movie is soooo cute! I'm not THAT into LJK, but I do think he's good. I didn't see his Japanese movie, or the one where he plays the high school kid (Fly Daddy? too many titles with the word "fly").

Kang DongWon is not bad, I liked him in The Dualist!
