His Hubbiness™ surprised me with the following this morning:


Even though the kitchen now looks as if a bomb has gone off, I guess it is the thought that counts. Anyone knowing His Hubbiness™ knows he is not into mushy or romantic stuff, so I had to take a picture of this and show off. This is the first time in our marriage (and we are married since 2001) where he did what he did today. If I were a suspicious person I might question his agenda, but I guess he just wanted to be housewifey this morning.

Aaaaaawww that is so sweet of your husband :) D is a better cook than me/us and has cooked for me several times. One of the things I really enjoy doing with him is cooking *sigh* Unfortunately we never do that anymore simply 'cause our schedules don't match for that sort of activity.

LOL ... I told my hubby and he was like huh?
I guess I will have such a breakfast in ... another ten year or so when he thinks it would be nice to surprise me AND he is up earlier than me (which happens once about every five years anyway) :)
