Chica tries to bury her cookies on the table. Strangely enough, she keeps to the rules. She is not allowed to jump on the low table or put her paws on it, and her nose is not really touching the table either ... that little rascal :)

What I still can't understand is that over a year ago, ppl in Spain placed her into a perrera where she was supposed to be put down. Who in their right minds would want to kill such a lovely creature? She is smart, she is charming and of course she can be a little terror but I can't understand why ppl did what they did. On the other hand I have to be grateful to them otherwise she wouldn't have found her way to us :s A blessing in disguise really.

*nods* I'm amazed at how people treat their pets, I guess some people see pets as being expendable when they get tired of them (or they are too much trouble) :/

Yeah and in the Mediteranean this is sadly the rule than the exception. If a pet is too old or too much trouble or can't work anymore (as in Cenour's case) it is easily expendable. The perreras are nothing more than deadly places. If a dog doesn't get saved from there within 2 weeks, that dog is dead by the beginning of the third week :s
