It is shortly after 7 AM on Tuesday morning and I really do not know what to do with myself. I went to bed early last night .. well actually I only wanted to take a nap before watching the Thin Man on video but somehow the nap turned into a full blown 8 hours sleep. ... and I feel like hell.
But at lest I'm awake now, gritty eyed but awake. Only to get a notice from my webaccount server that several mails are stuck in my filters again and they need my attention PDQ. *sigh*
If I ever get my hands on the idiots who invent and distribute worms and virii, I'll probably end up in jail, but hey, it would be worth it. Now I have to finagle via telnet to see how many mails I can rescue and how to get rid of the virus mail(s) stuck in my account. On one hand it is nice to have filters so tht shit won't infect my HDD but on the other hand it is damn annoying that I have to tweak my account every other day, especially as I have to switch off my firewalls to get my telnet connection working. It's like keeping open my front door to get rid of a annoying Jehova's Witness while a thief sneaks in behind my back.

Speaking of Witnesses .. sigh ... you know I really don't have anything against little zealous religious missionaries as long as they keep their little zealous missionary attempts to themselves but using the doorbell like kingdom come at 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning IS NOT zealous, it's damn rude and UNCHRISTIAN.
Man, was I pissed off and when I yanked open the door and their cheery: "We would like to speak with you about God" greeted me, I couldn't help it. I yelled at them that I could make a fucking arrangement for them to meet their fucking maker if they ever come here again at such an ungodly hour again. Suffice to say they beat it - but not before my neighbour - having been lured to her door by the ruckus (and undoubtedly by the F-comments) - was laughing and hiccuping behind her door with her little dog yipping and barking and going all crazy and sounding like the hound of Lucifer. What a morning.
I guess I have to have a little talk with my aunt again who is also a Witness, last time I told her to spread the words to keep away from my house, it worked for three long years, so hopefully from now on I will have another reprieve.

I must be crazy ... I actually ordered two books by Helge May ... just to have something to remind me of ... but then again I have two little adorable god children who will love the children's books, so this is okay. Olly smiled indulgently at me and said: "As long as the major part of your heart belongs to me, s'is okay."

is it possible, that due to those problems you propably don´t receive e-mails?! I did send you an e-mail saying that I come to D-dorf, but asking where to and what time. Or have you been just to busy to reply?

I feel as if I have to pull pearls out of a quagmire. I spent the good of the day trying to get into telnet and then also making head and foot of the mess there.
Someone is serious about spamming my complete webaccount. Somehow this person has gotten hold of my universal IP number for my mail accounts.

Okay, .. let's get this done :)
I have to meet a client on Saturday morning (till early afternoon) but after 15:00 hours I'm off and scotsfree :)
So do you want to come in the afternoon or for an evening chat? Or both? Olly will be here but will sit in front of his computer and working on his class tables.

It really sounds, as if you have some serious trouble here. I hope you can sort it out soon.

How about I come to you about 17:oo hours. So you can relax a little bit after your meeting, and I can do something with my son during the day. Let me know your address.
