There is no spring ...

You know what really get son my nerves for the last five years or so? That there is no apparent spring anymore. All the way through April there is this shitty cold, dreary winter weather and then one morning it is hot and summer is there. Hayfever is awful this time of year, even I feel it and I'm glad when the beech pollen will be gone.

Have seen the season finale of VM ... interesting but still didn't get me to download all of season 1 and 2 ... So, I'll use a Rod Rowland icon to squee alongside with you all on my flist.

Hey, I SO agree on that one, it's bloody wearing me out like...ohhh dunno! I really think it messes with your body, you know? You get like 35°c one day and 10°C the next!

LOL - I started to watch VM due to Ajoy Mateys and have made a point of watching every ep ever since because I might catch a glimpse of Rod Rowland (Liam Fitzpatrick) ... I mostly ff through the eps ... I don't know ... I don't get the series (and I tried it in earnest as I have d/led season 1 the first ten eps), but the characters don't rivet me.
Then again I have a strange taste, e.g. I never got into Buffy either.

Oh I see. I thought he was great in VM. The show as a whole seems to be a hit and miss. Everyone I know either loves it or can't stand it. At least you gave it a shot. :)

I guess I'm too old for teenage heartache. As I said never got Buffy, and even earlier I never did dig Beverly HIlls 90210 or Melrose Space, even though I was within the target group. I'm weird that way.

I wish Rod Rowland wouldn't be so typecast as the badly dressed ruffian. He can do so much more than just that, but it is good to see him on the screen again. I have been a fan of him ever since Space: Above and Beyond ten years ago.
