I love Much Ado About Nothing, especially the old BBC version with Cherie Lunghi as Beatrice from the early 1980's. Anyway, I finished it .. my second video!! WOHOO!!!

I use the normal Windows Movie Maker that comes with Windows XP. This was my second video I did so I'm not sure what might be wrong with your avi. Is it missing a codec? If so you might want to download ATI codecs as well as run the avi through an avi fixer. If you don't know any of these programmes let me know and I can upload my versions to some space for you to download.

Yup, I do believe it is the codec...::sigh:: where do I find those?

For the DiVX codecs you want to try DIVX.com (http://www.divx.com) (you'll need the DivX Play 6.1)
And the ATI codecs you can download from my page here (http://www.different-worlds.net/temp/ATIVCRx.exe) (right click and save). Some older ATI cards used different codecs and if a vid is made with these kind of cards, they use the codecs :s
