Where is the vacation gone?

At the end of December I was so full of plans and what I wanted to do while on vacation. I mean hey two weeks of sweet nothing. But no it was not to be. From Christmas Eve to New Year's I have been mostly sleeping - feeling so empty and near collapse that I couldn't do anything. But I thought that there was still one blessed week so I could cram all my plans in there.
Oh well, I thought wrong :s
One of my authors I edit for thought it funny to move the deadline forward, leaving me with three days instead of 9 days of editing and then one of my clients got into a tight squeeze and I had to fix their blasted web-shop. WHICH TOOK UP ALL WEEK in between editing.
Now it is Sunday night, I haven't done ANYTHING I wanted to do - like finishing three outfits and a cuddly soft morning gown.
I hate my life. I need a vacation!!! And I have to go to work tomorrow. I don't want to :s

Where is the vacation gone??? I need a vacation pronto!!!
And then I have to go to bed early :s

Hi Una,

sorry to hear, that your holidays didn't work out the way you planed it. But you are absolutly right - those precious days always pass to fast.

Other than that, I hope you and Olly are alright. I had some problems and trouble myself before and during x-mas time, that's why I didn't send any cards and good wishes. But everything is fine and back to normal again.
Hope you have a good 2006, lots of luck, good health and time for your hobbies.
