NaNoWriMo

You know after last year's NaNoWriMo writing desaster ... I really thought I would not participate in it ever again ... it was so embarrassing to fold it at a mere 18.000 words. I haven't written anything in the past year since so it is somewhat ludicrous to think I would finally finish something in just one month.
Oh well, what is it ppl say ... hope dies last. So maybe just maybe I will be finishing something ANYTHING this November.

So what will I write? Shall I start off with my NaNoWriMo novel again ? I wanted to make a few changes in the plot anyway and the 18.000 words I have written can go into the bin as they are :s
Then there is this idea about a family chronicle rotating in my head ... like the one of my family. I don't know I want to leave something that lasts - to have ppl remember my great-grandparents even though they will be fictionalized. Hmmm, decisions, decisions.

As much as I would like you to finish beyond the waves - I really did like the begining - I think the fmiliy chronicle is much to your heart and will probably keep you writing. Go for it Una, I am sure you can do it.

I think you should write what you feel stringer for atm. And write for your own joy, beyond teh NaNoWriMo.
