Middle Ear Infection

My ear hurts really really bad and this numb feeling in my left ear really gets on my nerves. I tried ear clearing but it didn't help, it just hurt the more. And to make it even more perfect, I have run out of antibiotics. I was supposed to take them till the end and the infection should be gone. Well it bloody isn't :s
