Preparing for Halloween.

Today we received an invitation for a party that is on Halloween. A Blues Brothers party .. groan ... well I love the first BB movie, no doubt aobut it, but when I hear BB party, dress up and stuff like re-live your twen years, my gut begins churning and I have the unsuppressible urge to barf - HARD!

If it is a Halloween party then I expect a Halloween party, with werewolves, witches, elves, pirates and whatnot and not some lame party where a bunch of 40 somethings get all misty eyed and drink themselves into stupor while reminiscing about their wonder deeds during their university years.
