I feel so tired ...

... really bone-weary, all fatigued out tired :-(
I keep nodding off ... at the traffic light in the car, at work, in front of my computer ... not good, NOT GOOD!
Just came home from a client and I nodded off in the tram and missed my stop :s So I had to walk back two stations. And later today I have to drive over to Neuss to the Studienkreis for 90 minutes of tutorials. I feel as if I could sleep days, weeks ... years :s
And the dreary weather ain't helping, even though I love the wind and the rain (I got myself a new - this time BLUE - Barbour jacket :))

I know exactly how you feel - as if a big stone would hang on your neck. I had this feeling the last couple of weeks. It is better now, because I made some rules for myself, made a plan of what I had to do and what I could do after I had done all my deeds. It helped, but this weather is dragging me down - all this greyness and rain.
There is no real recipe against this feeling - sometimes it helps to watch a nice romancing movie.....
like POTC or Notting Hill or Bridget Jones. Something to laugh and with good looking people....sigh

I don't mind the dreariness of the weather. In fact i love it and today while I wasn't tired for a brief minute or two I really enjoyed walking through the drizzle. It was typical November weather. But the fatigue is really getting me down. I have to yawn almost constantly and every minute I just sit (or stand) and do nothing, I feel like slipping into sleep :s
the breathing gets deeper and I somehow dream and jerk awake after a minute or two :s
