Ahh I just loved the third ep of Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge. :) While it doesn't too closely stick to the original manga, it still retains the quirkyness. I so love Sunako and all her Gothic glory. She might not be the perfect Japanese woman, but in her heart of hearts she is a wonderful, beautiful and caring person ... just like Kyohei is - deep down. I think I have finally found a drama where I like Kame a lot ...
Or perhaps it is the way he acts. Does anyone else think he went to the Kimura school of physical acting??? He so reminds me of Kimura ... the way he walks (okay that is the typical JE swagger), the way he holds himself, the smirks, the way he pronounces certain words etc. From afar he even looks like him with the hair and such.
If he stops doing his eyebrows of Doom™ then I think I will grow rather fond of him :)

I've always thought that Kame must have watched and closely studied some of Kimutaku's dramas at some point, because a lot of his acting (delivery of dialogue especially) really reminds me of KT. Which is not a bad thing, really. Kame is secretly my favourite younger JE actor.

It is really good. Just don't expect big Korean-like ANGST or seriousness. It is just a fun ride with quirky characters that doesn't take itself serious at all.

Well Ikuta and Yamashita are my favourites though Kame is really sneaking into my heart.

Let's see if he can keep up the good quality of his acting.

I just watched episode 2, it was really really cute! I like the interaction between Kame and the little kid in that one a lot!

yeah, the swagger, the facial expressions, they also remind me of kimura. the difference is that kame acts cool, kimura IS cool.

Yeah, his acting has gotten a lot better in the last few doramas. Until now I've only seen the first episode of Wallflower as I'm too lazy to watch it without subs... I hope the second ep will be subbed soon....
