Unfortunately, we don't have any events where I could wear it. And His Hubbiness ™ wouldn't be too happy with me if I buy expensive fabric and trimmings for a dress I will never wear at an event.

But I will cheer you all on and wait with baited breath for the fabulous garments you are all going to make :)

Thank you, but as I told M. I don't think my hubby would be too thrilled to shell out for silk. Additionally, I still have to finish my mourning gown for a historic Regency event in November and that fabric already was costly :s

But I will be looking forward to your dresses. When my favourite costume making goddesses are doing such a big project, I am your cheerleader :D
