Found an interesting article about CHANGE here. While I do agree with some of what is written here, I hope articles like this one will bring about the change this dorama needs to get a higher viewership. I wish such a series was made here as our government also consist of self-serving bureaucrats who have lost touched to the base, the people, whom they should be serving.
