OMG, in the ninth ep of Hana Kimi Inagaki Goro will be playing Kitahama (Katahama?), the teacher who will accuse Nakatsu of cheating.

Hanazakari no Kimitachi e Ikemen Paradise has grown on me ... if I totally blank out the fact that this is based on a manga, I can actually view it as an alternative universe story and enjoy the series. Ikuta Toma as Nakatsu is hilarious, not in the over the top hilariousness of a Jiro Wang, but he gives yellow-haired monkey boy a different spin and I love it.
And Sano is getting territorial with Mizuki - YAY! And Mizuki telling him he acts like an oto-san. LOL

I saw a cap showing Goro, and I was really surprised. :)

Ikuta Toma as Nakatsu is hilarious, not in the over the top hilariousness of a Jiro Wang, but he gives yellow-haired monkey boy a different spin and I love it.

Well they posted it on JDramas I think so you can watch it :)
It is strange .. when HK started I wanted to watch it because of Oguri Shun but that changed during hte first ep. Now I watch it because of Toma. Shun looks as if he is absent most of the time, Wu Zun was better at the remote looks department as Sano IMHO, Shun always looks as if he phoned in his performance :s

Yup, Shun is a bit disappoinment to me too, he looks like he's still Hanazawa Rui. (I'm sorry Shun's fans, but that's my opinion) I think Shun is a great actor, but as Sano, I was bored about his portrayal. Wu Zun is much more fun to watch. :)

Ever since it was announced that there will be Hana Kimi Ikemen Paradise, my main reason for watching it is - Toma Ikuta. *hearts* He's still the main reason why I am still watching it. :)

Same for me ... I am so disappointed with Oguri Shun's performance. His expression is so blank it isn't funny anymore. It is almost as if he was forced to play Sano. Sano is earnest but he is not a party-pooper and spoilsport like he is portrayed by Shun.
If he had been like this Mizuki would hve nevr fallen in love with him in the first plce but would have gone for Nakatsu or someone else.

I think I love Toma's Nakatsu more than Jiro's. Jiro will always have a special place in my heart as Nakatsu but Toma? He is both cute as well as serious as Nakatsu. Esp. now where they are developping the I'm openly gay plot. Jiro was hilarious and over the top, more like it is gay to be gay :) While Ikuta's approach is more like: Okay, if I'm gay, so be it. I will openly embrace it.

I watched episode 9 without subtitle today ! I must agree with you guys that Nakatsu is indeed hilarious! His mimics are so cute.
I haven't read the manga so the story is new to me and at the end of this episode I was like : OMG! MUST WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO KNOW WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN!!!
just don't wanna see Nakatsu heartbroken after confessing his love for Mizuki :(
