Earthquake

We had an earthquake yesterday and while it was just 3.9 on the Richter scale, we even felt light tremors here in our part of the country.
What a lot of ppl don't know, Germany is a tectonic hot spot. Not as much as Hawaii, or Japan or other parts of the world, but we do have small tremors and quakes nevertheless.

Yesterday's tremor wasn't as strong as the one we had in one April night in 1992 though. It was 6.2 and it was scary.

Today ... right this moment ago ...

... the ducks have discovered the plastic vessel I put into the ground for them to swim in




... we all enjoy the rare sun rays


... while the smoke of the power plants rise into a brilliant blue sky


It looks really nice and warm but that is not true. It is 8°C, however, the wind is so cold it feels like minus grades :s
