Humiliating oneself in front of parents

Since yesterday morning we didn't have DSL ... because we had switched from really expensive ISDN to analogue again with our DSL connection staying as it was. Well what did those assholes do???
They cut off the DSL and kept the ISDN.
And of course being Friday and all they couldn't be sure if there was a technician available. So I humiliated myself and asked my parents to use their computer for the m.i.t.m. reviewbook ID change today ... they un-graciously allowed it ... I felt like a beggar begging for a crump of bread.
Well I could use it for 2 hours max ...

BUT!!! I just got a phone call .. I'm back online ... Needed to get rid of the ISDN splitter chicanery but now it is all back to schedule ... now back to m.i.t.m. and the reviewbooks.


ETA: But boy, I felt like shit and also very angry that my parents made me beg. Jesus Christ on a crutch but these two are one bunch of assholes. When I phoned my mother to tell her everything is okay, my mother was asking me why the hell did I call her in the first place, I should have known they would fix it. Jeesh, I'm not a bloody mindreader or psychic, with the track record Telecom has with our account, it could have been Monday or Tuesday till we got hooked up again.
Atm I'm really pissed off at my parents. I always think they always expect something from me but I have no clue what - my eternal gratitude? to cower in their presence? NO CHANCE!
