OMG 1/12s of the new year already gone
Feb. 1st, 2005 07:44 amHmm... I have the odd suspicion that I don't get ALL of my mails. I have received less mails in the last few days then I normally get ... kicks 1&1 mailserver
I bought my new DOCS on Saturday !! WAIL! They don't produce black stitched 8-eye steel-toe Air Waires anymore ... sniffle. The only Doc Martens available now are 10-eye steel-toe with the abominable (if not trademarked) yellow stitch on the sole or 8-eye with that yellow stitch WITHOUT the steel-toe... Grgrgrgrgr, so I bought the 8-eye ... whimpers ... I wanna have my Martens with steel caps, for blasted fifteen years I have been wearing steel capped, 8-eye, ALL BLACK Martens. It is sooooooooooooo disturbing ... like an era passing. *hangs head*.
Need to whip out a water proof Edding felt pen ... that yellow stitch has to die, die, die :)
Also bought my first fabrics ... very nice light wool cotton in brown-green and a nice tiny print cotton. These of course are not historically correct prints and fabrics, but they look the era. Besides I don't want to destroy any really expensive fabric with my first Regency dress.
Heard that OB and KB have split off ... too sad but perhaps my writer's block will go away now since OB is single again. Ever since I had heard he had a girl friend Right Underneath Your Skin was in limbo :s
But still, I wish them both luck in their future relationships.
