We are all quite unnerved tonight as winter gales are howling around the house, rustling the larks and fir trees surrounding us and the rood is groaning. Hurricane ... for the last couple of days we had lots of winter storms but since midnight we have the biggest yet and the dogs are feeling it.

I hope everyone will be safe tonight ... where ever you are.
