Nov. 25th, 2005 04:44 pmTee-Hee - After months and months and months of planning and not doing anything about it, I started to re-decorate our bedroom. The bed has been slipped from one side of the wall to the other and suddenly we have SPACE!
I have worked now for almost 7 hours and still not finished but I have made headway, lots of garbage and old clothes cloggin up our hallway but otherwise it looks okay already ...
Tomorrow I need to get some stuff because I need space for bed clothes and bits and pieces. As the bedroom is already painted in a light terracotta, I want to keep everything in this colour shade, orange, dark red, browns. I really miss my old apartment some times with the old furniture and that country home look and feel. So the bedroom will be like this again :)
2 small dark wood cupboards with wicker baskets for socks and underwear
2 orange/red wall lights (preferably in glass with tea lights)
1 huge bed spread because it gets cold at nights, Olly and I can snuggle up under it.
1 washbasin cupboard for underneath the washbasin in the bathroom (Freden)
1 tall cupboard also for the bathroom (Freden)
