So it is official, Tsuyoshi's suspension ends on May 28th and he will appear on Iitomo live on the next day. Tsuyoshi-kun, omedettou!!
Apparently, he received a lot of letters of support and JE, after revieving the whole incident, found that it wasn't as serious as Goro's incident of hit and run/Jin's getting a fan pregnant or NewS under age drinking (oh really? /irony). Anyway, Tsuyoshi is back and he will do the summer drama for Fuji as scheduled before his little nekkid escape. I hope the sponsors will come back as well.

Not only the japanese... The story was even on the front page of spiegel.de, that's how I heard of the incident the first time - a workmate sent it via e-mail because he knows I'm interested in various japanese things... *lol*

When he packed and moved to California for a year, it was rumoured that it was actually a suspension and he had gotten a young girl preggers.

Well, I don't think that rumors can be compared to this situation (especially considering just how many rumors were going around about why Jin was in LA and the complete lack of anything resembling fact -- and actually I think the rumor was that he got two underage girls pregnant XD) but I am extremely glad that they did not treat this incident as being more serious than Goro's. While I don't think he should be punished more than being dropped from his advertisement campaigns and be fined, I think stepping away from the spotlight for a short period of time will only help him in the eyes of the non-supportive fans and just the general public. By the end of the month, this will have all blown over and hopefully by September when his movie comes out, he may even have some sponsors again.
