I don't know what it is but I have been quite troubled for the time being. I don't know if it is the chemo or something else, but I feel as if something really bad will happen this year. I hope sincerely NOTHING will happen but one can never know. Especially bad stuff.
Oh well, I have been up and about since 6 AM this morning and though I feel like my eyes are going to shut any second now, I try to keep awake.
I really wish I could sleep but somehow I feel bad when His Hubbiness comes home from work and sees me snoring gently away on the sofa. That is a no go for me. Anyway, I'm thinking of uploading Asunaro Hakusho to MU this weekend and also making an effort to upload at least Kimi wo wasurenai (Fly Boys Fly).
Friday at last. Next week from Thursday on His Hubbiness will have a long weekend as we are having Carnival break here in North Rhine Westphalia. 5 days of state of emergency. CRAZINESS. Can you tell I'm not a fan of carnival? Even though I love dressing up and costuming, these five days of madness are just not my cup of tea. Good thing, His Hubbiness thinks the same.
I think I will continue to layout a pattern for my quilted 18th century skirt:

It has to be easy enough to make it with a sewing machine but intricate enough to evoke the sense of the original. We will see. I miss my sewing circle.

**hugs**
That quilted skirt is gorgeous! ;)
And btw I think it's cute that the term His Hubbiness is TM. For real, Una? :D
Unrelated: Thank you so much for telling me that you made screencaps from Power DVD. I can now make caps! YAY! Could you please tell me how to make and place banners, like the one on top of your page? Thanks a lot! :)

The dress is absolutely beautiful. I have to admit that although I don't really get into Carneval, I did sew 20 slappers dresses for my darlings. First thing I have ever sewn and although my mum ( a seamstress) would roll over in her grave, I am quite proud.
As to something bad happening. Gosh, I feel the same. I'm telling myself it's the weather. I hope it's the weather. What I wouldn't give for sunshine and a nice beach right now.
